Queen Victoria Museum...

The Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery in Launceston has been acclaimed as one of the best regional museums in Australia. The Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery is open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday, and 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday. Admission to the museum is free, although charges may apply for special exhibitions and activities.

The Launceston Planetarium has shows that commence at 3:00pm Tuesday to Friday, and at 2:00pm and 3:00pm on Saturday.

Both the Museum and the Planetarium are closed Good Friday and Christmas Day.
