Behind
the mansions there is a large cottage garden where guests are free to use the
barbecue settings. The grounds are dominated by an English Oak of such age and
branching grandeur, that it too, has been classified by the National Trust.
York Mansions is a non-smoking property indoors.
Each apartment is fully self-contained and has its own lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and laundry. Kitchens are fully equipped. The Duchess of York has two queen-size bedrooms, whilst the other apartments each have one queen and one twin bedroom. Included in the tariff are hearty continental breakfast provisions.
